Scope and use of records
Reddit Fetch provides independent historical retrieval and is not an official Reddit service or affiliated with Reddit. It does not provide live updates, Reddit OAuth, posting, voting or private messages. Complete coverage, immutable responses, permanent record availability and complete conversations are not guaranteed. Records are flat; optional relationship fields can support local grouping only. Users must respect applicable law and third-party rights when retrieving, analyzing or redistributing content and distinguish source records from their own transformations.
Account and credential responsibility
Protect your password and API key, including in your own application’s backend and logs. Signup uses email and a password of 12–72 UTF-8 bytes, showing the key once immediately before payment. A signed-in user can regenerate it after password confirmation, invalidating the old key immediately. No emailed-key or password-reset feature is supplied. Accounts, keys and balances are domain-specific. The conditional 100-credit trial is governed by network-wide anti-abuse eligibility and is not a shared network balance.
Credits and payment conditions
Each successful retrieval, even empty, costs one credit: $1 per 1000 requests. Minimum paid top-up is $50 for 50000 credits; no subscription applies and paid credits do not expire. Invalid requests do not debit, upstream failures refund reservations, and public status is uncharged. A successful repeat after client response loss costs another credit. Create an invoice after signing in and before transferring its exact amount using the displayed supported token and network. Submit the transaction hash for verification of a genuine confirmed matching transfer, without a settlement-time guarantee.
